xbji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Rules & Responsibilities

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbji ("xbji", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xbji website located at https://xbji.io and all associated services, products, games, and promotions offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the xbji platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the xbji platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the xbji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and xbji.

xbji reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the xbji platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to an Account by xbji, which is subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by xbji before processing a Player's first withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the xbji website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services accessible at https://xbji.io.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the xbji platform is restricted or not permitted under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real funds.

3. Eligibility

Use of the xbji platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbji does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Use of the Platform by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities as the primary account holder is not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of xbji or any of its associated software providers, where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the xbji platform for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or self-exclusion.

xbji reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of the Account.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the xbji platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the xbji platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, xbji will close all but one of the Accounts and may forfeit any winnings generated through the duplicate Accounts, particularly where Bonus Funds were claimed across multiple registrations.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal, xbji requires completion of the KYC verification process. Players will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile money statement confirming residential address. xbji may also request a selfie holding the submitted identity document. Documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered. xbji will process KYC submissions within 48 business hours under normal circumstances.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your xbji Account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• xbji staff will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify xbji immediately and change your password without delay. xbji may temporarily freeze your Account while an investigation is conducted.
• You must log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

6. Deposits

xbji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time under normal circumstances. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may be subject to processing times of up to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank. xbji does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.3 Permitted Funding Sources

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, xbji will suspend the Account, reverse the deposit, and may report the activity as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the xbji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). International card deposits will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. xbji is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by issuing banks on currency conversion.

7. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their Account Balance (real money only — Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable) subject to the following conditions:

7.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification before funds are released. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to do so when a withdrawal request is submitted. xbji reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are processed within an average of 15 minutes from approval. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take between 1 and 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. xbji does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or another method registered in the Player's verified name. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to the original funding source.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review and staged payment at xbji's discretion.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

xbji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable as real money.
• Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), meaning the Bonus amount must be wagered that number of times on eligible games within the specified validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion's individual page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering process.
• xbji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of the change.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — through strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome — may have their Bonus Funds removed and their Account reviewed for suspension.

9. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on xbji is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting market pages:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

xbji reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the system and a bet reference number is issued to the Player.

9.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. xbji is not liable for any perceived loss of value resulting from odds changes between the time a Player initiates a bet and the time the bet is confirmed.

9.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided where: an event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 72 hours; a manifest pricing error is identified; or incomplete, incorrect, or outdated event data is used. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet or per event apply and are displayed on the relevant market. xbji reserves the right to reduce or cap winnings where they exceed stated limits, regardless of the odds at which a bet was placed.

10. Casino Games

All casino games available on the xbji platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by independent, third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conditions apply:

• The outcome of every casino game is determined by a certified RNG and cannot be influenced by xbji, the software provider, or the Player.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, xbji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Player's stake. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbji platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are not payable.
• Providing false identity documentation, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC review.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or any structured gambling strategy designed to transfer funds between Accounts in a manner that circumvents normal wagering outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your Account and used for gambling activity.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of xbji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the xbji platform without the prior written consent of xbji.

The xbji brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of xbji. Unauthorised use of any xbji trade mark in connection with any product, service, or online content is strictly prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, betting results, or jackpot decisions.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues affecting the availability of the Platform or any game.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment processors.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

xbji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by xbji's negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Privacy & Data

xbji collects and processes personal data in connection with your Account registration, identity verification, financial transactions, and use of the Platform. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the xbji Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Data deletion requests will be processed subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to financial and gambling transaction records.

16. Amendments to These Terms

xbji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbji will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where the changes are significant, xbji may also notify registered Players by email.

Your continued use of the xbji platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. xbji operates as an online entertainment platform and complies with applicable regulations governing the provision of online gaming services to Bangladeshi players.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, Account action, or payment, Players should first contact xbji's customer support team at [email protected]. xbji aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. xbji's decision following a completed internal review shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
